ACTS offers a Tuition Reimbursement Program to encourage participation and provide financial support to eligible associates in their pursuit of knowledge, which will be mutually beneficial to employees and to ACTS and its mission.
Tuition reimbursement is available to full-time and regular, part-time employees who have completed 1 year of continuous service, and have met the performance requirements of their position.
Reimbursement for undergraduate, professional certification and graduate courses is as follows:
Annual Limit (per calendar year)
Full-time 100% of tuition up to $4,000 (50% of book costs)
Regular part-time 100% of tuition up to $2,000 (50% of book costs)
Partial Pre-payment Program
An employee who earns less than $27,500 per year may apply for an advance tuition payment up to the amounts noted below:
Full-time - 50% of tuition not to exceed $1,000 per registration period
Regular part-time - 50% of tuition not to exceed $500 per registration period
