Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Regional Director of Culinary and Nutrition Services position for our Chesapeake Region in Eldersburg, Maryland.

This position is responsible for leading assigned communities’ culinary and nutrition services (CNS) management staff to provide high quality CNS services while maintaining budgetary and operational compliance. Participates in the development and initiation of training programs. Ensures compliance with company and departmental standards, policies, procedures, goals and objectives.

 

 

Job Requirements

The critical skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the functions of the position are normally obtained thru:

      • Education Level: High school education and a Bachelors Degree in one of the following:   Hotel/Restaurant Management or Food and Nutrition Management; or a Culinary Arts degree or certificate
      • Years of Relevant Work Experience: combination of relevant work experience should include ten plus years in food service management as well as three plus years of training experience.
