Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Administrative Assistant (Temporary) position.  In this role, you will assist with day-to-day sales operations at our Plantation Estates community.

Job Requirements

Duties include:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the sales office
  • Ensure sales office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary forms, brochures, and sales materials
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone-email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. copiers/printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree
