Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Assistant Director of Culinary Services position.

In this role, you will oversee all areas of the kitchen, service operations, catering, skilled care center, and assisted living residences while following department and community standards. You will also complete payroll, inventories, and cost analysis reports.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Associate's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business or Nutrition; Bachelor's degree is preferred
ServSafe and Dietary Manager certifications preferred
Minimum of two years experience in dining, retail and or catering operations
Knowledge of appropriate food handling and production techniques and regulations
