Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in our WillowBrooke Court (Skilled Nursing) neighborhood.

The ideal candidate will develop, implement and evaluate orientation programs for new personnel in the Skilled Care Center. Develops, implements and evaluates educational in-service/clinical programs for all nursing personnel to comply with State, Federal, Corporate and Skilled Care Center regulations. Assists DON with management and administrative functions.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of two years experience with in-service education and five years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
Current or eligible for certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Intravenous Therapy
Comprehensive knowledge of principles of nursing care, and State and Federal guidelines governing long-term care
