Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Business Office Manager position.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the administration office. Provides support to community stakeholders, including residents, employees and managers in all areas of the company’s shared services department, including hire to retire, procure to pay and resident billing. Responsible for employee management of the administration office support staff including hiring, reviewing performance, supervising, and processing payroll. Ensures accuracy of resident census data and handles resident billing correspondence. Maintains petty cash system, and responsible for disbursements and reconciliation of balance with transactions.


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
  • 4-5 years of related work experience showing progressively increasing responsibility; or by completing an undergraduate degree with 2-3 years of business office experience showing progressively increasing responsibility; and by completing three to six months of on-the-job training
