Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Business Services Specialist position.
In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of the onboarding process and post-offer testing for new hires in conjunction with the department managers. Responsible for initial recruiting efforts at the community, including applicant tracking system (ATS) management, job postings, job fairs, sourcing of candidates, initial screening and interview scheduling. Serves as the community’s benefits designee for educating employees enrolling in benefits and for answering basic benefit questions. Serves as a back-up to the Business Office Manager.
