Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Business Services Specialist position.

In this role, you will manage the new hire process in conjunction with the department managers. Facilitates post-offer testing and the completion of the new hire onboarding process. Serves as the community’s benefits designee for educating employees enrolling in benefits and for answering basic benefit questions. Serves as a back-up to the Business Office Manager.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school education (or GED)
  • 2 years of related work experience, or by completing an undergraduate degree in accounting, business, human resources or a related concentration along with 6 months of experience; and by completing six to twelve months of on-the-job training
