Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Business Services Specialist position. In this role, you will provide support to community stakeholders, including residents, employees and managers, in all areas of the company’s shared services department, with an emphasis  on overseeing and coordinating resident move-outs and transitions through the continuum of care and providing administrative support for maintenance and business services operations. 



Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 

  • Completion of a high school education (or GED)
  • 2 years of related work experience, or by completing an undergraduate degree in accounting, business, human resources or a related concentration along with 6 months of experience; and by completing six to twelve months of on-the-job training 
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and organization and time management skills
