Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Chef Manager working in the Culinary department. In this role, you will oversee the Culinary and Nutrition Service operations ensuring staff performance and resident meals service across the continuum of care, conforms with state and corporate guidelines.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 

  • Effective communication skills with management, subordinate employees, peers and residents.
  • General knowledge of supervisory skills, food preparation, safety and sanitation
  • Completion of degree in culinary arts and/or 3 years’ management experience
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred 
  • Multitask and scheduling of employee
  • Ability to work with staff in a professional manor
  • EOW Work Schedule
