Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Community Technology Analyst within our Information Technology (IT) Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining consistent weekly site visits of assigned communities, and providing direct support to staff and residents while partnering closely with the broader Technology Services team members.  You will also act as an extension of the IT Service Desk and the Resident Technology Amenities team.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree and/or 6+ years of working experience in the technology field
  • On-the-job training of six months or more may be required to learn the systems and applications used by our organization
