Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Weekend Concierge position.

In this role, you will provide residents with a clear point of contact while delivering excellence and first rate hospitality. You will ensure satisfaction for all our residents, ensuring services are delivered with professionalism. The position serves to manage the resident relations, handle all requests, complaints, concierge type services, and questions for services on a day-to-day basis.

This will be a weekends and some holidays position,  8:30 am- 5:00 pm



Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality, marketing, hotel/restaurant management, or some similar customer driven work setting
  • Experience in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) or nursing home setting is preferred
