Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Concierge position. 


In this role, you will provide Acts residents with a clear point of contact while delivering excellence and first rate hospitality. The concierge serves to manage resident relations, handle all initial requests, complaints, and concierge type services with professionalism and hospitality on a day to day basis.

*** This position is Part-time on the weekends ***

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Education Level: High School or GED. 
  • Years of Relevant Work Experience: Background in hospitality, marketing, hotel restaurant management, or some similar customer driven work setting.   Work experience in a hotel, CCRC, or nursing home setting preferred.
