Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Contract Administrator.  This position is located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing solicitation documents, receiving and evaluating proposals from potential suppliers, preparing designated price and cost analysis, negotiating simple contracts, and performing post-award contract administration functions.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
  • Minimum of five years' experience in purchasing or related field
  • Experience managing multiple internal customers and vendors effectively
  • Experience with electronic procurement and bidding systems (Lawson)
