Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Corporate Director of Memory Care Programs.  This position is located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.

In this role, you will be responsible for memory care program formation, implementation, training, and support in all levels of care providing person-centered dementia care and other mental health programs.  You will create, communicate and implement policies and procedures to staff providing dementia care, and monitor staff practices and implementation.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social services, nursing, or health or education related degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in long term care, dementia programming and education, prefer work experience in a CCRC
  • Excellent organizational skills preferred
  • Position requires approximately 50% travel
