In this position, you will assess Corporate and Community Compliance for Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare related areas with internal and regulatory policies and procedures, report findings and provide recommendations for improvement. The Director of Clinical Assessment Standards and Compliance will provide a high-level of technical competency and serve as a subject matter expert regarding documentation, coding, billing, and reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, compliance and compliance management. They are further responsible for special compliance related projects.

Job Requirements

The critical skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the functions of the position are normally obtained thru:

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required, Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or Health Care Administration preferred.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience with a clear understanding of Medicare and Medicaid, including a thorough knowledge of CMS guidelines and regulations.

Licenses, Certifications: Current Registered Nurse with valid license required, Current certification by the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC) is preferred.
