Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Director of Clinical Education. Available locations include Florida and Pennsylvania.

The Director of Clinical Education is responsible for ongoing development, education, and implementation of the Acts Signature Experience and providing clinical education and support across the communities.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Director of Clinical Education will meet the following requirements:

      • Education Level: state approved school of nursing with a Bachelor’s degree in a health related field, state issued active Registered Nurse License, and/or a Nursing Home Administrators license, Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred, but not a requirement at time of hire.
      • Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 years clinical experience and 3-5 years training, education, curriculum or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  Long Term Care or CCRC experience preferred.
