Acts is currently seeking a Temporary Healthcare Recruiter position with the possibility of becoming full-time in 2019. The Recruiter will be responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy for nursing, management level and other identified positions for seven continuing care retirement communities in four states including New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified talent to staff locations. Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts to help identify, source and engage talented industry leaders. Source potential candidates through company career page, applicant tracking, job boards, career fairs, and various other means of networking. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to proactively determine staffing needs for identified position. Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers and business leaders. Leverages social media sites to build Acts brand and to recruit for vacant positions. Attend networking and marketing events promoting Acts as a great place to work. Period travel required within region (Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in the healthcare field, with specific experience in nurse recruitment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience with talent acquisition technology including applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels in an organization.
  • Strong organization skills
