Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position.
In this role, you will provide direct care to our residents; follow established policies and procedures while providing care and respecting confidentiality at all times. You will assist in the care of our residents in their home or within our community through the performance of personal services in order to enable the resident to remain independent in their home.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state regulated Certified Nursing Assistant training program; or have the equivalent verifiable training and experience
- Current CPR certification is preferred
- Must pass competency exam/evaluation
- Minimum of three months’ work experience in a health care setting with hands-on client care
- Must have reliable transportation
