The Home Services RN serves as case manager, coordinates and provides nursing care, as necessary including private duty and Medicare visits. This position also supports operational needs of the the private-duty Home Health office.
SD500 Southeast Regional OfficeCritical Skills and Knowledge Necessary:
• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Graduate from an approved school of nursing
• Maintains an active CPR certification at all times
• (1) year of experience in an acute care setting and one (1) year of recent home health experience
• Ability to pass a home health nursing competency examination
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
