Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Interior Design Manager position.  This is a corporate position based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

The Interior Design Manager is responsible for internal renovations finish and
documentation, supporting larger project document review and oversight, early budget establishment and interior design project management of procurement and installation. This position will participate in walk through, scope definition, team/resident fact finding, finish selection and documentation.

This position will work closely with internal renovations department and vendors through the completion of the projects.

Job Requirements

Education Level: Accredited bachelor’s degree in Interior Design required.

Minimum 3 years of experience with a Commercial design firm.  Senior Living Experience not required but recommended.

Certifications: Not required however encouraged to be seeking licensing.
Participate at some level of ASID or IIDA organizations for continuing education in
