Our Spring House Estates community is currently seeking qualified candidates for their Maintenance Technician (Skilled) position. This beautiful gated community is located right off the Route 309 Spring House (Norristown Road) exit.

In this role, you will repair and maintain physical structures of commercial, residential and/or medical buildings using hand tools and power tools.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of technical maintenance experience (preferred)
General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
