Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Nutritional Care Coordinator position in the Culinary department. In this role, you will be responsible for review and compliance and maintains medical records of the resident in the medical care facility in accordance with Acts policies and procedures. You will also conduct audit medical records for compliance; reviews closed medical records for accuracy; and maintain medical charts according to policy and procedures.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 

  • Completion of a high school education (or GED)
  • Basic typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook software)
  • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with medical terminology and/or coding
  • Exceptional organizational skills preferred
  • 1 year experience in providing resident care documentation is preferred
