Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Purchasing Manager position.

Using independent judgment under general supervision, follows sound and prudent purchasing procedures in vendor selection, solicitation of competitive bids, utilization of value analysis techniques and awarding contracts/agreements for supplies, equipment and services, including capital purchases, maintenance and development projects.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

      • Education Level: Completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
      • Relevant Work Experience:  Minimum five years’ experience within a procurement team with experience including bid preparation and analysis, supplier relationship management, and strategic category management.  Specific experience in facility maintenance goods and services and/or culinary procurement are ideal.
