Regional Sales Directors -  are you looking for an exciting role where you can grow and develop a team of sales professionals and supervise the implementation of all sales efforts for senior living communities in the Chesapeake Region?  Join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities!

We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales teams for the communities in the Chesapeake Region. You would be responsible for inspiring and motivating our community sales teams and the position is located in Eldersburg, Maryland. 

The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for administering training programs to the current team, attend and evaluate presentations at various events, coordinate and participate in sales force meetings.  Our sales directors conduct community site visits, sales luncheons, as well as monitor and supervise the budget for the Chesapeake Region.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 2-4 years sales management experience
  • Familiar with appropriate budgetary procedures.
  • Aware of appropriate personnel practices and regulations.
  • Able to administer incentive compensation options.
  • Familiar with Life Care and health care insurance industries.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
