Acts Home Health is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Medicare Registered Nurse (RN) position.

In this role, you will serve as the case manager for Medicare visits by coordinating and providing all aspects of nursing care for the resident. Documents and submits accurate and complete clinical notes regarding clients. Provides for emotional needs of both the resident and family, and counsels as needed.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
Previous experience with Medicare visits
Excellent physical assessment skills
Current or eligible for certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Valid state driver's license
