Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Sales Manager position.
The Sales Manager coordinates and oversees the sales efforts of a specific Acts Retirement-Life Community or cluster of communities. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining a fully occupied community and strong waiting list assuring high occupancy into the future. Working closely with sales/marketing management to create a community specific strategy aligned with company goals and community needs.
