Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Sales Team Manager.

The Sales Team Manager coordinates and oversees the sales efforts of a specific Acts Retirement Life Community.  Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Sales, the Sales Team Manager is responsible for maintaining a fully occupied community and strong waiting list assuring high occupancy into the future. The Sales Team Manager works closely with sales/marketing management to create a community specific strategy aligned with company goals and community needs.


Job Requirements

The critical skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the functions of the position are normally obtained through:

  • The completion of a B.A. or B.S. degree  
  • Sales management experience preferred 
  • A working knowledge of the life care industry and comprehensive understanding of the specific life care community
