Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Systems Analyst within our Information Technology (IT) Department. This position is located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.
The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting system software and performing product development in a continuous process improvement cycle. Provides level 3 product support to business users. Performs assigned project and product tasks related to configuration, modification, maintenance, customization, and installation of product software and related hardware. Provides technical support of product software to users.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Salesforce experience is required.
- Salesforce certified administrator is desired but not required
