Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of  IT Service Desk Technician

This position is the first line support for technical problems and hardware software network related issues and recognizes, records and escalates more difficult problems to next level support.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Handles initial service desk phone, email and web inquiries
  • Assesses resident support needs, then provides solutions or refers them to appropriate team members
  • Strong people skills and a talent for problem solving
  • Ability to instruct in a “hands off” manner, letting users learn by doing
  • Ability to adhere to a schedule of resident appointments
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Positive customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work well on a team

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 

  • Associates Degree in Information Technology or related experience.
  • 2 years of work experience
