Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Social Services Coordinator.

In this role, you will provide residents and their families with medically related social service intervention.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 

  • General knowledge of social services required in medical/health settings.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor degree in social services or related field
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a long term care setting
